Mishi Design Offers Transformable Wooden Toys

The kid and I were recently at a friend’s house for a playdate, and because it’s been so warm, all the kids hopped on various ride-on toys and were even pushing around their wagons and play shopping carts. And that’s when I was reminded of a really cool line of wooden ride-on/push toys that I saw at Toy Fair.

With their wooden construction and unique design, the toys by Mishi Design are both head-turning and intriguing. Mishi Design Toys are transformable ride on and push toys, meaning they’re multi-faceted and are multiple toys in one. Think of them as wooden transformers, with a bit of European edge and many sustainable qualities.

Mishi Design Transformable Wooden Toys come in four different designs including the Grow Up, Lift Up, Surf Up and Swing Up. The Grow up is a baby walker, ride on and shopping cart which is suitable from pre-walking stage (9ish months) all the way up to school age (6 or 7). The Lift Up is a walker and wheelbarrow, which is perfect for the pre-walkers all the way up to 5 years old. The Surf Up is a trike and wide base scooter, which is cool alternative to the plastic and metal scooters. The Swing Up is a trike and rocking horse that would probably work best for 1 year old and up.

The Grow Up, the 3-in-1 walker, ride-on and shopping cart, is such a great idea and would make an ideal gift for a 1st birthday party. And if given the choice, wood toys are a preference if they’re affordable.  I know my kid still plays with his push cart, but if it transformed to a ride-on, we’d get probably get a few more years of playtime. The Surf Up is on my radar right now for my scooter and trike enthusiast.  As one who appreciates space-saving, innovative and sustainable toys, Mishi Designs Transformable Toys will be highly coveted.

The Mishi Design Transformable Wooden Toys, which have been available overseas in Europe and Australia are making their way to the U.S. in June. Once I get wind of where they’ll be, I’ll be sure to post about it. I only have the wholesale prices, but it looks like the Mishi Design Transformable Wooden Toys will likely be in the $100 pricepoint once they make their way stateside.
